After ten weeks of the Mississippi River Fellows gaining experience working with the National Park Service, Mississippi Park Connection, and our partners, it is time to say goodbye to our amazing Fellows! They had a summer full of learning, growth, and river adventures, and we cannot wait to see where their paths take them after their time with us. 

“Listening to the Mississippi” is an iterative project, a grouping of underwater sounds recorded in and around the river, a series of artworks and actions that have unfolded over 10 years.

From June 8-17th, 2023, the Mississippi River Network is hosting River Days of Action. Attend more than 40 in-person and virtual events from Headwaters to Gulf of the Mississippi River and across the country.
