The bright wildflower blooms of spring and summer have faded away from the prairie but there is still a lot to explore!

Join us for a ranger-led walk through Coldwater Spring (Mni Owe Sni) that will focus on prairie ecology, identifying prairie grasses and wildflowers by their seed heads, and exploring other wonders of the prairie!

Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and good walking shoes as we will hike about one mile.

• Social Distance: Keep a distance of 6+ feet from anyone who is not a part of your household at the event, including the park ranger.

• Mask: We encourage you to wear a mask upon arrival and when around other participants and the park ranger, even when you are 6 feet apart.
