A gathering for community, connection, and simply being.
Join us every other Thursday this summer for Third Space Thursday—a free, welcoming community gathering designed to help you recharge and reconnect. Each evening includes community, food, and nature-based activities—from yoga and birding to acrobatics and BIPOC kayaking on the Mississippi River.
We will begin check in and registration at 4:30 PM.

Join this week’s Third Space Thursday in partnership with Peace in Practice and yoga instructor Bruce Williams.
5:30–6:30 PM – Yoga with Bruce Williams (Peace in Practice)
Bruce first discovered yoga in 2008 while recovering from a sports injury and quickly realized its power for healing and overall well-being. What started as a form of rehab soon became a lifelong practice. Nearly 15 years later, Bruce has completed multiple teacher training programs—including Hatha, Vinyasa, Kemetic, and Rocket Ashtanga—giving him a holistic foundation and a personalized approach to the practice.
Through Peace in Practice, Bruce creates welcoming spaces for movement, breath, and reflection that meet people wherever they are on their life journey. Whether you’re new to yoga or deep in your practice, this session is for you.
