Devin Brown is the Program Manager is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of the Mississippi Park Connection's public programs. She's responsible for the creation and implementation of recreational, educational and community-based initiatives within the park to enrich the life of the river and the lives of all people who experience the Mississippi National River and Recreation Area.
