The Upper Landing Pollinator Garden Project

Planting: May 7th, 9:00am-12:00pm | Upper Landing Park, Saint Paul MN

Help us plant our pollinator garden! We will be installing 500 native pollinator plants on a small hillside. Participants will learn how to plant herbaceous plugs and identify species of native pollinator plants. This work will require being able to rack crouch and dig for 3 hours. The site is also on a steepish hill in full sun so please come prepared with hiking boots and work gear.

We will be providing light refreshments and sunscreen. More details on the event will be sent in a confirmation email 2 days before the event.

Can’t join us on the 7th? Help us maintain the Pollinator Garden throughout the year! At these evening events, participants will learn how to plant herbaceous plugs and identify species of native pollinator plants. This work will require being able to carry a water buckets and weed for 2-3 hours. The site is also on a steepish hill in full sun so please come prepared with hiking boots and work gear. We will be providing tools and sunscreen.
