The annual litter cleanup extravaganza returns in 2023! Mississippi Park Connection and the National Park Service are hosting a site for Saint Paul’s Citywide Spring Cleanup at their newest park, Uŋčí Makhá (pronounced “Oon-CHEE ma-KAH”) Park.

No registration is needed, so drop by whenever during the event! The activity may involve walking on uneven ground, but participants will for the most part be on pavement or mowed grass. There is limited parking space at the nearby scenic overlook, otherwise there is only street parking at this site. This event will be hosted rain or shine, so please dress for the weather.

Volunteers of all ages with appropriate supervision can join in on the fun! While we are hosting at Uŋčí Makhá Park, please feel free to explore other host sites throughout Saint Paul.
