Celebrate Fossil Day with the National Park Service on this guided fossil walk and waterfall exploration.

Take a walk through time with Ranger Abby to hunt for fossils, learn how they got here, and discover how the geology of a waterfall shaped our Twin Cities. Explore a lesser-known area of your local national park and discover one of the many hidden waterfalls of the Mississippi River.

Participants must be able to walk on uneven, potentially slippery ground and on a steep trail with no barrier fencing. Please wear weather-appropriate shoes and clothing.
