The Minnesota Aquatic Invasive Species Research Center is pleased to welcome Andrew Reeves, author of Overrun: Dispatches from the Asian Carp Crisis to St. Paul on Tuesday, April 9.
Reeves will take attendees on a behind-the-scenes look at the Asian carp crisis in North America -- how did we get here, and where do we go now? Reeves proposes a radical scientific and political shift to rethink how we can bring back our degraded and ignored rivers, and reconsider how we create equilibrium in a shrinking world.
Overrun features several MAISRC researchers and our ongoing work into preventing the upstream spread of Asian carp in the Mississippi and Minnesota Rivers. Reserve your spot today!
