In partnership with The City of Saint Paul and Great River Passage Conservancy, the final schematic design for the River Learning Center (RLC) is here! Thanks to the partnership with W Architecture & Landscape Architecture the final schematic design includes site analysis, exploring design concepts, providing a general overview of the basic features and programming, and getting a general idea of the look and feel of the project.
