Working River Tour: District Energy

Join us for a backstage pass to St. Paul’s largest source of energy! You’ll see the inside workings of biomass utilization, solar power, and more.

  • Attendees must be over the age of 18 and sign a liability waiver.

  • Plant tours require access through stairways.

  • Guests must wear flat, closed-toe shoes. Shoes with tread are preferred. Due to safety restrictions, guests will not be allowed in the plant with sandals, heels, or open-toed shoes.

  • Hard hats, safety glasses and ear plugs are required and will be provided.

  • Street parking is available, but most nearby meters are limited to one hour (the tour will run approximately 75 minutes). Ramp parking is available at the Science Museum of Minnesota or the Saint Paul RiverCentre.   • Space is limited and registration is required. If you can no longer attend, kindly cancel your registration to open your spot to others.
