Are you 50+ and a fan of the Great Outdoors? Is biking your thing?
If so, join us on September 26th for a special edition of Bike with a Ranger! In celebration of Go4Life Month, the National Park Service will lead a bike tour starting (and ending) at Harriet Island in Saint Paul. The tour will involve learning about this beautiful national park on the Mississippi River in the Twin Cities.
Go4Life materials will be distributed at the end of the ride to help you find fun and exciting ways to stay active year-round. Please bring your own bike and helmet to the event.
Go4Life is a campaign from the National Institute on Aging at NIH that encourages older adults to fit exercise and physical activity into their everyday lives. Go4Life Month happens annually in September and it is a time when Go4Life partners engage older adults in activities that highlight the benefits of regular exercise for healthy aging.
